Friday Finish: Four Square Quilt

I don’t know what took me so long to finish this quilt. For over three years it has just been waiting for me to add the binding. Playing with an idea of increased square sizes, I made the top with leftovers from my son’s college graduation quilt. I guess since I really didn’t have a recipient in mind for the quilt, there was no hurry.

All done!

Before our guild meeting, I attached the binding and finished hand stitching during Wednesday’s meeting. It was nice to finally have a show and tell project to share.

I am off to our guild’s annual retreat. Did I pack any WIPs to finish? Of course not. I brought ingredients for a new king size quilt!

Hope you get some time to sew over the weekend. Happy stitching,
